Villa Nobel is a lucrative neighborhood designed by the architect Ilan Pivko. The homes were offered in a variety of styles, giving the buyer an option to choose. In the first stages of the marketing process the homes weren?t shown at all. The idea was to create a buildup of anticipation by describing the uniqueness of the project with metaphoric imagery. In developing the brand we used imagery from nature combined with architectural measurements to transfer the benefits and style of the home and its surroundings.
